How much do you charge to come out?

Our visit fee is $125 with tax for the first appliance. The visit fee will be waived if you approve the repair.
If you have multiple appliances to look at during the same visit - additional charges will apply
  $80 with tax for the second appliance - waived with the repair of the second appliance only
  $60 with tax for the third appliance- waived with the repair of the third appliance only

What are your labor prices?

We do not calculate labor based on hours. Labor is a generally a fixed price based on repair requirements.

  • Standard repair - $199 plus tax (most repairs will fall into this category - typically fan motors, drain pumps, wash motors, heaters, switches, belts, rollers, control boards, etc.)

  • Advanced repair - $299 plus tax (typically built-in wall ovens, microwaves, stacked front load washer and dryers, refrigerators needing manual defrost to complete required repair, washers filled with water that needs to be removed, etc) 

  • Custom (not many repairs fall into this category - typically washing machine overhauls, sealed system repairs, etc)

What is the process from scheduling to arrival?

1. Call us, Text us or create a service appointment online with us
​2. Once your service appointment is created a text confirmation of service appointment is sent to you
3. Day before the service appointment you will get a reminder text of service appointment
4. Day of service you will receive a text message when we are 30 minutes away
